Ugly veggies

As you know, we have been harvesting all sorts of vegetables on a daily basis now. One of which have been our root veggies. We have started to see some of our root veggies (parsnips and carrots) popping out of the ground. After pulling one up we found a nice c curve in the parsnip. Our radishes tend to come up looking a bit odd as well. We knew we would see some interesting shaped root veggies because we have some pretty rocky soil. We can’t help but laugh at how they look. Of course they still taste amazing and that’s all that matters.
