Tilling the blueberry patch and building a strawberry pyramid

The snow has not been a deterrent for us. We have been pushing through the 20 degree weather and weekly blankets of snow in order to prepare the ground for our berries! We have removed some thorny brambles, tilled, and manually aerated the soil for our incoming 12 blueberry bushes. We have also built our strawberry pyramid and planted our 50 strawberry plants. We should have strawberries this summer/ fall, but the blueberry bushes probably won’t be productive until 2022.
